Equipment maintenance
1. Check whether the conveyor belt is too loose and keep the belt clean
2. Keep the linear bearings and optical axis of the lifting table clean
3. Wipe off the dirty oil with a lint-free cloth or paper, and then lubricate the ball screw
4.Test all automatic and manual operation functions
5.Test whether the PCB transmission is smooth
6. Adjust the lifting platform to the highest position, turn off the power, and check whether the lifting platform has descended.
7.Check whether the cylinder moves smoothly
8.Check the belt track for wear
9.Check whether the photoelectric sensor and magnetic sensor are working properly
