Equipment Working Principle
When working, the dry ice advances axially under the push of the cylinder; the motor drives the cutter head to rotate through the sprocket, and chops the blocky dry ice layer by layer into the ice bin; the chopped dry ice falls to the top of the ice outlet through the ice bin , the motor drives the ice shaft to rotate, the dry ice is brought to a relatively closed space below, and then blown out by high-pressure air, and the dry ice forms various jet shapes under the constraints of the nozzle. Spray onto the surface to be deburred to achieve the purpose of deburring.The jet shape and jet intensity are determined by factors such as the shape of the surface to be deburred and the firmness of the burrs. Change the size of the gun, the shape of the nozzle and adjust the motor speed according to the factors of the target burr. The amount of ice cutting can be adjusted accordingly by adjusting the motor speed. Generally, the more burrs, the stronger the motor speed, the specific adjustment amount is determined according to the actual situation.
